No Pastries, Cakes or Chocolates

The medical experts in the UK maintain that people who have heart disease should stop eating pastries, like sausage roll or mince pies, because of the high sugar and saturated fats in them.

Cakes and chocolates – of all kinds because of their sugar content are a no-no too.

Some doctors will say that a little bit of what you like is good for you, however some say the opposite. It’s a personal choice and I personally tend to avoid these foods, unless it a special occasion like a party, and just have a small amount, so as not to offend.
